Awarded PhD degree by Panjab University, Chandigarh for his thesis titled “Evaluation of Models of Human Society with special reference to India” He has been awarded SHAURYA CHAKRA. Col Pillay was also a research fellow at Institute of Defence Studies and Analyses New Delhi and at the Centre for Policy Research, New Delhi. He is also an alumnus of Geneva Centre for security policy. He also holds a Graduate Degree from Fordham University, New York. He was also on the rooster of United Nations Civil Military coordinations. In 2006 he joined the Ministry of Defence as Planning Officer Defence.

Col Pillay was selected to serve in his alma mater, Bangalore Military School, after he was decorated with the prestigious SHAURYA CHAKRA, India’s third highest peacetime gallantry award. The then Chief of Army Staff who presided over the School Golden Jubilee Celebrations, General Shankar Roy Choudhary, handpicked him to serve in Banglore Military School for motivation of the young cadets to join the Indian Armed Forces.

He was also part of the Indian delegation led by then President of the Republic Of India, H.E Pranab Mukherjee to the United Nations, General Assembly in 2006.

Former Director, Dr K.R Narayanan Centre for Dalit and Minorities Studies, he got his initial education in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, he did his Master’s from Aligarh Muslim University and his M.Phil from Jawaharlal Nehru University. His Academic initiatives have been an asset for the society and the student community. Prof Khan had introduced 2-year Masters programme in Social Exclusion and Inclusive Policy at the Dr K.R Narayanan Centre for Dalit and Minorities Studies in the year 2006 in Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi.

Prof Khan has been a visionary, his exuberance has aided in introducing many Masters programmes in Jamia Millia Islamia University. Prof Khan founded and promoted India, Kuwait Chamber of Commerce to promote and strengthen Indo-Kuwait cultural and educational ties, inaugurated by Rajiv Pratap Rudy, Union Minister for then Civil Aviation, 8 December 2003.

Shri Kamlesh Tripathi an eminent name in journalism in the state of Uttar Pradesh, his journalistic career spans over 34 years. As a young law student he had been politically aware and had a comprehensive command over legal and linguistic skills, his political awareness made him take onto journalism and he began his career with News Agency Hindustan Samachar as a young college boy, he worked his way to pen down columns for Aaj, Rashtriya Sahara, Swatantra Bharat, Nai Duniya and became a senior correspondent with Outlook Magazine, a lawyer by profession Shri Kamlesh Tripathi is a life- long member of the esteemed Press Club Association of India. His columns had been lauded for his fearless journalism and made him a name in regional language in the state of Uttar Pradesh, he extensively covered the Mandal Commission, Riots of Ayodhya, Death of Rajiv Gandhi, India’s Nuclear Deal for which he was lauded by the State Government.

With his crisp reporting and non-partisan columns, he has been an examiner of Mass Communication subject with several state universities of Uttar Pradesh for many years. Mr. Tripathi has maintained fair and fearless journalism even during the wake of riots in Uttar Pradesh for which he was applauded and given the role of Bureau Chief in the State. A political commentator whose discourses are studied by young University Students, he has always kept ‘Nation First’ in his approach, he also mentors young aspirants of Journalism and imbibes the same sentiment of fearlessness and Nation First approach.

His dedication towards public service selflessly has made him one of the most altruistic human beings in the city of Kanpur, which is also his birthplace, where he as a Social Activist holds public meetings and provides Pro Bono counsel on matters of Legality, Education, Public Welfare, and Higher Education.

Being a philanthropist Mr. Tripathi has maintained his selfless stature and till date provides pro bono legal counsel to city dwellers and has been garnering massive support of people. His philanthropy is not only limited to Legal Aid but also imparting education. He runs a school where he provides quality education to young school students.

Syed Anwar has been a Senior Correspondent with BBC in PERSIAN, PASHTO, URDU and HINDI services, he worked with the BBC for 11 years. After the fall of Taliban he covered extensively the ravages done by the war for which he earned name in Kabul and was on the hit list of Taliban, he carried on his journalism by defeating the Taliban with mic and growing public support towards him and his reportage which was for the people of Afghanistan. He maintained that Education for Girl Child has to be taken up vociferously in Afghanistan, Syed Anwar has been tirelessly working towards promoting Tourism in Afghansistan and building up Secondary school education chain which connects the SAARC Nations with Cultural Exchange Programmes.

A vocal supporter of cultural ties between India and Afghanistan he is of the firm view that Educational Logistics ought to be beyond borders between India and Afghanistan and to focus on that he believes on sharing educational logistics via online classes and connecting classrooms between Afghan and Indian counterparts.

Syed Anwar has spent a long time in India covering cricket, sporting events and bilateral talks between India and Afghanistan. A multi lingual person whose history, warfare, political knowledge is spoken about in power corridors of South Delhi.

Ashwini Kumar an eminent Architect of New Delhi has held his forte since years, his professionalism, and fineness is his USP that has made him popular with chain of schools, Shri Ashwini Kumar completed his schooling from the prestigious Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, New Delhi. He obtained his Degree of Bachelor of Architecture from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi in 1979.

He has been practicing in New Delhi since 1983, a well travelled man who has gained experience not just from the Indian markets but also United States of America and Russia. He is well acquainted with the operational procedures of these regions. Mr. Ashwini Kumar was a member of the visiting faculty in the Department of Landscape Architecture at the School of Planning and Architecture for the Academic Year 1983- 1984 and 1984- 1985.

He has successfully designed DPS Bhopal, DPS Nagpur, Delhi International School Dwarka New Delhi, DPS Kids Zone Indore, DPS Raipur, DPS Nepal, DPS Bahadurgarh, DPS Etawah UP, G.D Goenka School Ferozabad UP, Diwan Public School Meerut, Khaitan Public School Ghaziabad. His Higher College projects include- JP Institute of Engineering and Technology Meerut, Jagran Lake City University Bhopal.

Mr. Ashwini Kumar has not only designed schools but also Residential Complexes and Hospitals. A gigantic name in the field of designing Mr. Kumar is now a brand in Architecture and Designing.

Dr Nita Dilawar Sharma is a renowned Senior Principal Scientist, Professor AcSIR, CSIR- National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi. M. Tech (Solid State Materials) from Indian Institute of Technology and Ph. D (Physics) from Indian Institute of Technology from New Delhi. Her experience is gigantic with 26 years of experience in Research along with 21 years of experience in Pressure Metrology. She has 64 research publication and more than 100 conference presentation. Dr Nita Dilawar Sharma has been bestowed with “YOUNG RESEARCH AWARD” in the year 1998 for the best oral presentation at IUMRS- International Conference, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Dr Sharma’s academic achievements don’t stop at just one award, in the year 2001 she was awarded “YOUNG SCIENTIST AWARD” for her stellar work by Council of Science and Industrial Research in the field of “Physical Science” once again in the year 2004 she was given the prestigious “LIZUKA AWARD” from the renowned Asia-Pacific Metrology Program (Japan)

Dr Sharma commands respect not only for her Academic and Scientific achievements but has also given immense contribution in the field of Raman Spectroscopy and Material Science.

Mr Pradeep Mall did his schooling from St Joseph College Nanital (G.C.E ‘O’ Levels in 1967) he then completed in Bachelors in Arts (Hons) in History from St Stephen’s College, Delhi University, he then did his Masters in History from St Stephen’s College, Delhi University, his specialization was in Medieval Indian History. He did his Bachelors in Education from R.K.B.T Darjeeling with 1st Division. Mr Mall has a flair for languages and is fluent with English, Hindi, Urdu.

He holds a gigantic experience of 41 years in teaching and administrative posts at Pre- University levels, 29 years as Principal and Director. He experience holds some of the most prestigious schools such as Tashi Namgyal Academy, Gangtok, Sikkim, The Punjab Public School, Nabha, Punjab, St Paul’s School Darjeeling.

His achievement feats do not end here, he is a Teachers trainer along with a motivator, he has been Master trainer for the CCE for the CBSE schools.

He holds membership with the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Darjeeling, Nehru Institute of Mountaineering Uttarkashi, Duke of Edinburg’s Award Scheme, UK, Royal Geographical Society, London, UK, Bombay Natural History Society, these are just a few of his endeavours apart from his academic and administrative achievements.

Kunal Kishore is Deputy Director General at BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry presently, with Digital Marketing as his forte, he worked as Web Communication Officer in the British High Commission, he worked on various ministerial visit campaigns- Prime Minister David Cameroon, Foreign Secretary William Hague, Alistair Burt, including other ministerial visits to Africa and Central Asia. Mr Kishore further amalgamated his expertise with the Government of India by being Digital and Communication Adviser to Shri Ram Kripal Yadav Minister of State for Rural Development.

Mr Kishore is one of those who has held his forte in B2B and B2C Marketing techniques, with plethora of Digital Marketing knowledge of not just Asia but also Central Asia, Middle East, Europe he is now successfully leading the overall Operations, Marketing, Communication and Resource Management at BRICS CCI.

A multi lingual person with a degree in Broadcasting Journalism/Broadcasting and Media Studies is also a content writer and Editor.

Mr Sarit Ghosh presently a Senior Secondary school Principal in the city of Lucknow has 27 years of teaching experience behind him and 6 years as a Principal. Mr Ghosh is a Masters in History from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi.

Mr Ghosh has been conducting training workshops for teachers and is very proactive towards instilling writing skills in school students, he is an avid writer who is also a voracious reader who deals with school children like a parents rather than a Principal only. He is one of those Principals who has been holding counseling workshops free of cost for children outside his school and children from rural background also. His after school time is devoted to children from weaker backgrounds and holding career counseling workshops for them singlehandedly he has been devoted towards this cause. Mr Ghosh has a flair for writing and wishes children to get acquainted to History not only as a school subject but also pursue it to sit for competitive exams ahead. He prepares children for competitive exams and has been holding seminars on Indian History all over Uttar Pradesh.

Sumit Rajesh Mehrothra has his Bachelors in Accounting from University of California, he further did his MBA in Finance once again from University of California. As a Finance consultant he worked in Los Angeles. Mr Mehothra has held firm knowledge of TIAA-CREF Products and has worked towards establishing business strategies, cost effectiveness and improving profitability. A pro in developing and managing all aspects of business analysis, financial matrics and performance measures as well.

He in the past represented US Risk Management on working groups developing action plans in response to risk limit breaches. He has also developed and enhanced SG and A management reporting.

Mr Mehrothra also has completed his Executive Programme from Haas School of Business.

Ms Shivangini Pathak has completed her Bachelors in Psychology (Hons) from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi (2006-2009) she completed her first Masters in Social Exclusive and Inclusive Policy, K.R Narayan Centre for Dalit and Minorities from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi (2009- 2011) her second Masters was in English Literature from PG(DAV) College, (2014-2016)

Ms Pathak wrote as a columnist for DD Chaupal Bharti, apart from Hindi Literature in which she contributed, she has been a contributor for the “Romanticism Blog” with the Grasmere Wordsworth Organization. She participated in the Keats Shelley Poetry House (Rome) not only this she is also a contributor for Medium Daily Digest. She has also worked as Content Management Assistant for AFSAAR Daily Magazine and Yemen Times on Minorities Across the world and the role of women in Islamic Nations. Ms Pathak is also a poet who has been writing for ‘The Poetry Society’ London. Apart from that she has been writing for ‘Children’s Mirror’ under which she has been writing on issues pertaining to Child Psychology and composing poems regarding issues of children with the ‘Poetry Foundation’

Ms Shivangini Pathak has also been a Senior Secondary Teacher of Creative Writing.

Mr Anmol Dubey has worked with Birla Soft India Ltd as Software Engineer and IT consultant, currently associated with US based e learning platform which is about the student analyzing his own performance and taking the test which can be monitored by the school teachers. Mr Dubey has previously worked for G.E Aviation USA.

Mr Dubey is proficient in software design and development of various software applications & educational tool builder. Mr Dubey has been associated with designing e syllabus on the pattern of US based educational system and incorporating the same for schools in India.

Mili Seth, Choreographer and Founder of the Academy is a renowned trained Kathak Dancer and started learning Kathak at the age of 8 years. Mili Seth is not only popular in the Indian Diaspora but also among the Irish community.

She professionally started dance sessions in November 2010 with her first public performance with UNITAS at FESTIVAL OF COLOURS. She successfully conducts dance workshops in Ireland with school and college students, not only this she also holds personality and grooming classes that too through the concept of Dance.

She is also involved with special needs group in St John of God Mennie Services and providing Bollywood dance classes for them.

Mili Seth is a qualified IT expert who has been living in Ireland for 17years.
